Provides funding for eligible schools based on eligible students, subject to conditions and guidelines.

Funding for school education will be paid under this order and the guidelines to eligible schools which apply for funding. Funding will be calculated for an eligible school on the basis of its eligible students or as determined by the Minister, and provided subject to the conditions, limitations and restrictions set out in this order and in the guidelines.
