Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late dawn carlinne thompson, who died on 2nd september 2025, are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims to m. s. kingham, 14 cooba place, duncraig wa 6023 by 27th february 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
