Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on an unknown date between 29 may 2020 and 5 june 2020, are required by the administrator amanda sommerville of sommerville legal, po box 1063, bunbury wa 6231, to send particulars of their claim to her by not later one month from publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
