In my capacity as Commissioner for Consumer Protection acting pursuant to section 10 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (“the Act”) I say as follows— 1. I revoke all previous delegations made on 18 November 2014 2. I delegate to those persons who from time to time occupy the positions identified in the Schedule to this instrument the corresponding functions under the Act as set out in the Schedule to this instrument.
