Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 16 february 2023, are required by the executors of the estate to send particulars of their claims to the executors, catherine ann cripps and jennifer mary evans, of care of bennett, level 14, 141 st georges terrace, perth wa 6000 within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
