Made by the minister under section 10 of the act. This notice is the workers’ compensation and injury management (section 10) notice 2019. In this notice clergyman means a commissioned officer or non-commissioned officer of the salvation army (as defined in the salvation army (western australia) property trust act 1931 section 2). It is declared that in the act, worker includes a clergyman; and for the purposes of the act, the salvation army (western australia) property trust is deemed to be the employer of a clergyman.
