The following instrument is published under the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 21. This instrument is the Permanent Ban on Miniature Motorbikes (Monkey Bikes) with Unsafe Design Features Repeal Notice 2019. This instrument is made under section 117 of the Australian Consumer Law.
