William Joseph Johnston MLA, Designated Authority, revokes previous delegations and delegates powers and functions under the Offshore Minerals Act 1994 (Cth) to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. This delegation does not prevent the Designated Authority from exercising these powers, and the delegates cannot further delegate these powers.
