In the estate of Gregory Paul Goodrick late of 13 Pennell Road, Claremont, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 9 October 2025 are required by the Executor Lucy Olivia Goodrick of 13 Pennell Road, Claremont, Western Australia to send particulars of their claims c/- of the Executor’s Solicitors Mills Oakley of PO Box 5784 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6831 by 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
