Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 29 October 2019, are required by the applicants for a grant of probate, to send particulars of their claims to Bespoke Wills and Estates, Suite 6, 14 Main Street, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017 within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the applicants for the grant of probate may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
