These regulations are the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management (Agricultural Chemical Record Keeping) Regulations 2020. They come into operation as follows — Part 1 on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations — on the 28th day after that day. The regulations specify requirements for responsible owners or occupiers to keep records of agricultural chemical product use.
