Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 7 june 2024, are required by the trustee, rosemary erica bright care of frichot lawyers, manning buildings, level 1, 135 high street mall, fremantle, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to her by 24 october 2024, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
