Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of David John Schmidt, who died on the 2nd December 2022, are required by the administrator Rebekah Schmidt to send the particulars of their claims addressed to Rebekah Schmidt of 4 Girramay Road, Banksia Grove, Western Australia, 6031 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice. After which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
