Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 december 2016 at sir charles gairdner hospital, nedlands in the state of western australia, are required by the personal representative, being alan michael brook to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, [contact details redacted] 30 days of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
