In the estate of Michael Bennett late of Unit 1, 15 North Street, Midland, in the State of Western Australia, Dairy Manager, deceased intestate. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on 28/11/2023 are required by the personal representative Morgan Dawn Bennett-Howe c/- Greenstone Legal, PO Box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
