I, Stephen Michael Brown, Executive Director Resource Tenure Division of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety under delegation from the Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to section 5(8) of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967, declare the reservation pursuant to 28(1a) of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 by Government Gazette notice published 8 October 2021, is hereby varied to remove the listed graticular blocks.
