Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, owners and occupiers of land within the City of Wanneroo are required to carry out fire prevention works on land that they own or occupy. The applicable works outlined must be completed before 1 November 2019 and maintained in this state up to and including 31 May 2020. Failure to comply with this Notice may result in a penalty of up to $5,000.
