This local planning scheme is the Shire of Meekatharra Scheme No 4. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The Shire of Meekatharra is the local government responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme.
