Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 June 2024, are required by the executor, Adam James Lubofsky, of 7/28 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 to send particulars of their claims by registered mail to Safewill Legal of 1101 Hay Street, Suite #1008, West Perth, Western Australia 6005, representatives for the estate, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date they may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
