Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 16 february 2025, are required by the administrators paul malcolm royans and david thomas royans, to send the particulars of their claims to paul malcolm royans of 81 cobb and co road, west pinjarra, western australia, 6208, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
