Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the late dennis howard ranford, late of 238 safety bay road, safety bay, who died on 23 february 2022 are required to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
