Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 9 november 2024 at rockingham general hospital, cooloongup in the state of western australia are required by the personal representatives, being adrian bruce perry, gregory edwin perry and rosemary anne clancy to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, po box 93, wembley in western australia 6913 within 30 days of publication of this notice after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
