Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 february 2019, are required by the executors, michael john dilworth and roslyn jean dilworth c/- ey, 11 mounts bay road, perth, wa 6000 to send particulars of their claims to them by 8 january 2021, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
