Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 October 2016, are required by the executors of the will of Norma Ellen Harken deceased to send particulars of their claims addressed to Allen & Jasnic Lawyers, [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice.
