Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 23 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 1st april, 2023, are required by the executor, helen diane smith of [contact details redacted] kardinya wa 6163 to send particulars of their claims to her within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
