Notice Text
Order made by the Minister for Environment under section 9(3)(b) of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 to excise a portion of land from State Forest No. 38, situated about 16 kilometres north east of Pemberton, comprising Lots 410 and 412 on Deposited Plan 416496. The excision is to facilitate upgrades to South Western Highway.
