Made under the Civil Procedure (Representative Proceedings) Act 2022 section 2(b) by the deputy of the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Civil Procedure (Representative Proceedings) Act 2022 commencement proclamation 2023. The Civil Procedure (Representative Proceedings) Act 2022, other than part 1, comes into operation on 25 march 2023.
