The City of Kwinana adopted the Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2018 on 14 November 2018. The purpose is to regulate the parking or standing of vehicles in thoroughfares and reserves and to provide for the management and operation of parking facilities. The local law comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. The Town of Kwinana Parking Local Law 2000 is repealed.
