In the estate of Rachel Walker Irwin late of Marine Views Cottesloe, 40 Marine Parade, Cottesloe, Western Australia and formerly of 40 Diamond Drive, Ocean Reef, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 12 May 2025 are required by the Executor Fiona Anne Marshall of 190 Table Cape Road, Table Cape, Tasmania 7325 to send particulars of their claims c/- of their Solicitors Mills Oakley of PO Box 5784 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia 6831 by 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
