The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal issues a variation to the Members of Parliament Tribunal Determination No 1 of 2020, issued on 14 December 2020. The variation addresses feedback from administering agencies and Members of Parliament, establishing transitional administrative arrangements for the Members Allowance and clarifying its use. It updates the Members Allowance reporting form and is effective on and from 14 March 2021.
