Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the late David Aston Gillett are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to the executors legal representative, Mayberry Hammond & Co of 85 Fitzgerald Street, Northam WA 6401 within one (1) calendar month from the date of publication of this notice at the expiration of which time the executors will convey and distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
