I, Don Punch, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted an aquaculture lease to Fremantle Seaweed Pty Ltd (ACN 644 635 996) at a site south of Fremantle for a term ending 30 June 2045. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Perth.
