Mrs Samantha Jane Davies is appointed as a member to the Maternal Mortality Committee under section 340b(2)(d) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (wa) for a term of three years commencing on 1 march 2026. Dr Dale Michelle Pugh is appointed as a member to the Maternal Mortality Committee under section 340b(2)(d) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (wa) for a term of three years commencing on 1 march 2026.
