Made under the Western Australian Jobs Act 2017 section 2(b) by the lieutenant-governor and administrator in executive council. This proclamation is the Western Australian Jobs Act 2017 commencement proclamation 2018. The Western Australian Jobs Act 2017 sections 3 and 4 and parts 2 to 6 come into operation on 1 october 2018.
