Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 september 2024, are required by the executors evelyn janet eva and michael thomas eva, of po box 112 brookton wa 6306, tel: 08 9642 2357, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month of date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims they then have notice.
