Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 25th day of August 2023 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Nedlands WA 6009, are required by the executor and trustee, being Mrs Franziska Pia Gilli care of MP Commercial Lawyers of Unit 1, 8 Pakenham Street, Fremantle WA 6160, to send particulars of their claims to her at Unit 1, 8 Pakenham Street, Fremantle WA 6160, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
