The Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby varies and extends the exemption originally declared on 7 December 2005 and published in the Government Gazette dated 16 December 2005 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 6 December 2019.
