Notice to all owners/occupiers of land in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River. Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required on or before 1 December 2017 or within 14 days of becoming the owner or occupier to comply with this notice and maintain those requirements until midnight 12 May 2018. Properties with an approved Fire Management Plan (FMP) are to comply with the requirements of that plan in full.
