In the matter of the estate of Brett Alexander Madden late of [contact details redacted] Australia, commercial real estate leasing agent, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 January 2022, are required by the executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, [contact details redacted] of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
