Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 November 2018, are required by the executor, Gerard Allen Wyeth, 11 Malu Court, Camillo, WA 6111, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 4th day of February 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
