Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the late george charles holmes, late of 7 elliot avenue, wanneroo in the state of western australia, retired baker, deceased, who died on 22 september 2018, are required by the executor, mrs elizabeth ann keating, care of symons & co legal, 21st floor, 140 st georges terrace, perth, wa 6000, within (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
