Mavis barbara baker, late of capecare, 20 ray avenue, busselton, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 18th may 2023, are required by the executors beverley anne de strang and colin james baker to send the particulars of their claims to 810, 60 riversdale road, rivervale in the state of western australia within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
