Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3rd february 2021, are required by the executor of the estate, david john bowman of 17 turnstone glade, bennett springs, wa, 6063. to send particulars of their claim to him by 5th april 2021 after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
