Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, johanna elizabeth ripp, who died on 10 june 2023, are required by the executor, gary edward ripp, to send particulars of their claims to him care of ew gray lawyer, post office box 317, esperance wa 6450 on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the respective assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
