Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 october 2018, are required by me the trustee ann elizabeth watson to send particulars of any such claim to the estate’s solicitor, trainor legal of po box 333, west perth wa 6872, by 28 october 2019. After that date i will convey or distribute the assets with regard only to the claims of which i then have notice.
