EnergySafety has developed this Code of Practice for Persons Working on or Near Energised Electrical Installations (the Code). The Code commences on the day the Electricity (Licensing) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2017 commences. Compliance with the Code is made mandatory by Regulation 49(1) of the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991.
