In the matter of the estate of William Terence Whelton late of Unit 96, 29 Midland Road, Hazelmere in the State of Western Australia, retiree, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased who died on 26 June 2024, are required by the administrator David Christopher Rice of Griffiths, Rice & Co to send particulars of their claims to Griffiths Rice and Co, Unit 1, 42 Victoria Street, Midland Western Australia 6056 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
