Declaration made by the Treasurer under the Taxation Administration Act 2003 section 135A regarding land tax relief for Kimberley floods. It provides an exemption from land tax for the financial years commencing on 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024 for flood-affected land, subject to certain conditions.
