Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Ernest John Balaam of 82 Green Street, Joondanna, Western Australia, deceased 26 September 2018, are required to send particulars of their claims to Wayne John Balaam, executor, c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, PO Box 1114, Morley WA 6943 by 20 March 2019, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
