Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Peter John Kerr, deceased, who died on the 4th day of November 2019 at 19 Baroy Street, Falcon are required by the executor Mitchell James Kerr to send particulars of their claims to Peel Legal Barristers and Solicitors of po box 1995, Mandurah, wa 6210 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he has then had notice.
